Carri Twigg works at the intersection of politics and pop culture as a media personality, producer, and strategist. Having served on multiple teams in Obama’s administration, Carri now guides companies, causes, and individuals towards making an impact on issues affecting America. Since leaving DC, she’s built and consulted on strategic cultural movements, including California’s Schools Not Prisons Tour and the Mass Bail Out project - the largest bailout in American history, helping to secure the release of over 250 inmates being held on Riker's Island. Carri helped strategize the creative community engagement in support of Proposition 64, California's marijuana legalization efforts. As a multi-faceted talent, she continues to consult on cultural initiatives and attack issues affecting our communities, both on and off camera. As a producer and personality, Carri makes it her responsibility to discuss Pluralism in society, and help to build bridges over the gaps in culture and community. She’s appeared on a myriad of programs to spread that mission, including MTV, VH1’s #BehindTheVote, Complex News, and beyond. She has also contributed to :ATTN, The Young Turks, AwesomenessTV, and Refinery29. Carri is currently the Head of Development at Fictionless Films, where she strives to solve cultural issues confronting America.
