Jon Gray, Pierre Serrao, Lester Walker, and Malcolm Livingston II are the innovative Bronx born culinary collective known as Ghetto Gastro. They operate at the intersection of food, art, design and community empowerment. Since its founding in 2012, Ghetto Gastro has produced high profile events for art institutions, high-profile designers and corporate clients including the likes of Martell, Cartier, Beats by Dr. Dre and Airbnb. They’ve produced their own line of spice blends and sauces, aptly named Steasoning by Ghetto Gastro; a kitchenware collection called Triple Beam Dream, and knife line, Ogun. The collective has been featured in publications like Vogue, the Wall Street Journal, and beyond.
