LIZA KOSHY

Liza Koshy is a multi-faceted, powerhouse talent whose star continues to rise. Her relatable comedic sensibility, physicality and characters have made her one of the industry’s hottest talents, recently named in 2018’s Forbes 30 Under 30 and TIME’s 2019 25 most influential people on the internet. Liza’s meteoric rise to fame is a testament to her relationship with her fans; who are counted at over 45 million across her social channels. Her success parlayed into an opportunity to create, star, and executive produce her own YouTube Original series, Liza On Demand, currently filming its second season. This summer, she’ll star alongside Sabrina Carpenter and Keiynan Lonsdale in the Netflix Original feature Work It, produced by Alicia Keys. In 2017, she became a host of MTV’s resurrected TRL, scored a role in Hulu’s drama Freakish, and secured a part in Tyler Perry’s Boo! A Madea Halloween. Last year, she co-hosted Nickelodeon’s return of Double Dare alongside Marc Summers. Most recently, Liza took on hosting duties at the Met Gala for Vogue’s YouTube channel for the second year in a row. She also hosted the 2017 Golden Globes pre- show, which scored a record-breaking 2.7 million live Twitter viewers. Liza’s high-octane talent shows no signs of slowing down. As her star continued to rise, she became the face for major brands like Beats by Dre, Nike, and Nordstrom. In 2016, she interviewed President Barack Obama to encourage voter registration for the 2016 Presidential election. That wasn’t the first time Liza used her powers for good either. That same year, she teamed up with America Ferrera and Alicia Keys to host nationwide bi-partisan rallies to get the word out about voting. In 2017, she teamed up with the Giving Key to create necklaces that would support job creation for the homeless. Last year, she participated in the Stand Up 2 Cancer telecast and became a force in the fight towards feminism. Most recently, Liza spoke up about mental health awareness following a year-long break from her channel, expressing the societal pressures that come with the rise of social media. In her latest endeavor Liza will now be entering the world of beauty. C'est Moi, a line of skincare and cosmetics available at retailers including Target and Amazon, has announced that Liza will serve as its first ever brand ambassador.
